ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø. acquired a 50% equity position in UEi Test Instruments to cement the existing partnership between the two companies. UEi will continue to offer its growing line of innovative environmental test equipment for the HVAC/R market while ÀÇÓÑÉçÇø will begin to market its line of electrical test and measurement products to select HVAC/R customers in January 2011.
